Withings exclusive nerve health score assesses if your autonomous nervous system is functioning optimally.¹ This is essential because this part of your nervous system plays a key role in regulating the body's passive activities, including stress response, the ability to rest after stimulation, temperature and digestion.
How is your nerve health score assessed?
Withings evaluates the global health of your autonomic nervous system by measuring the state of your little nerves in the feet. As these small nerves are the first to be deteriorated by poor lifestyle habits, they are key indicators of your autonomic nervous system’s health.
Why is it so important?
When these small nerves are healthy, it suggests your body can:
Adapt better to stressors
Recover efficiently after physical or emotional strain
Maintain internal balance (homeostasis)
On the contrary, reduced nerve response can be an early sign of premature autonomic nervous system deterioration, especially due to poor lifestyle habits (low activity, sedentary lifestyle, overweight...). How is the Nerve Health Score measured?
The Nerve Health Score, a number from 0 to 100, is based on your Electrochemical Skin Conductance (ESC) results. ESC measures how well your skin conducts a tiny electrical current—linked to sweat gland activity, which is controlled by your nerves. The test is quick and easy, you don't feel a thing!
We measure ESC on your feet and then compare your values against healthy ranges established for your age and sex. A formula then interprets these results into a score:
More than 50 = Normal. Your NHS is within the normal range, indicating normal nerve activity.
Less than 50 = Low/Signs of Neuropathy. Your NHS is lower than average, indicating possible signs of neuropathy. You can help keep your nerves healthy by taking care of your overall health.
Pending = The reading might be pending if we are not able to accurately assess your score. We might invite you to take a Guided Scan measurement using specific conditions in order to get a result.

All orders placed through the Withings HK Online Store can be delivered to locations in Hong Kong SAR & Macau SAR only.

All sold goods are not subject to returns or refunds. Customers are advised to count the items in the package immediately upon receipt. If there is suspicion of any shortage, please report it within 48 hours via email or online inquiry, and provide pictures for relevant proof. Withings HK will not accept any claims beyond this period of limitation.
7-Day Defective Guarantee Policy
If customers find issues with the product within seven days after receiving the products, and after inspection it is confirmed to have factory defects (and must meet the following conditions),
If the products received was found with factory defection after inspection, the customer can replace for the same model of product (certain models are excluded). Each purchase is only eligible for replacement once. Customers must bring the product to Be All Concepts Limited - distributor for Withings HK, for inspection and replacement.
The product must be in its original packaging, without any damage or scratches;
The product's serial number (if any) must match the information on the invoice.
If the replacement product is out of stock, customers may choose to exchange for other products of equal value.
When exchanging the product, customers must present a valid invoice or receipt.
The replacement product may be inspected by the distributor to confirm that the product quality does not meet the production standards.
If the exchange is requested due to market price fluctuations, limited-time discount price changes, or software issues, this exchange protection is not applicable.
Customers must return all gifts that were included with the purchase, otherwise, we will need to deduct the value of the gift.
This exchange protection does not apply to:
